Staff Service Awards And Nominations 2026
Service awards are rewarded to staff who have been with Tibshelf for a number of years. A testament to their commitment and hard work.
This year is a big one. As of September 2026, 20 staff members were met with applause in the hall for their service.
But a handful of them stood out, having served for 10 years or more. In fact, 1 individual has stuck around for 35 years!
We wanted to take the time to thank those members of staff who have continued to serve the community of Tibshelf, demonstrating fantastic dedication to inspiring and supporting young people.

On top of all this, a great number of staff members were also nominated for the University of Nottingham's Celebrating Teacher Awards 2026.
These staff members were nominated by pupils and parents alike. People were also able to share stories of how these staff members inspired or supported them on a daily basis.
