School Minibus Driver

(Grade 5)

We’re seeking a reliable Minibus Driver to support student transport for extracurricular activities. This is an ad hoc role with weekly scheduling, and some trips may occur outside normal school hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students and equipment, following all traffic laws.

• Complete pre-drive and post-drive vehicle checks.

• Report any issues or incidents to the Admin Manager.

• Log mileage and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

• Wear appropriate, professional attire.

• Follow health and safety guidelines.

You’ll work alongside a second staff member during student transport. Flexibility is essential.

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence with category D1 entitlement.

• Willingness to complete safeguarding and driving proficiency training.
